Emily joined srcLogic in July 2017 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. Emily oversees srcLogic’s training and career development programs including new hire training and Experiential Pega Training. Emily is passionate about her community and in her free time likes to lecture her friends on the environmental impact of food waste. She lives in Arlington, VA with her dog Theodore Ruffsevelt.
Emily loves the dynamic nature of srcLogic and working with colleagues that she gets to learn from every day.

Anna joined srcLogic in 2018 after working as a technology consultant for the previous 3 years at Accenture Federal Services. She has designed and developed systems in both the federal and commercial space. Anna has a master's degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Isabella joined srcLogic in July 2016 as a member of the company's first new hire training program. Since then, she has collaborated with clients across the federal government to help reimagine their business process using applications built in Pega. She also directs the recruiting team to help distill the best talent from nearly one thousand applications annually. Isabella has a bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from University of Maryland, College Park where she graduated magna cum laude. She enjoys napping with her dog Arwen, solving jigsaw puzzles, baking for friends, and spending time in nature.
Isabella's favorite part of working at srcLogic is the diversity of opportunity: from understanding new client requirements to learning from the multitude of internal projects to attending leadership and technical conferences, the work keeps her engaged and growing.

Nima joined srcLogic at the beginning of 2018 and the company’s incredible success since then has been no coincidence. His work has been diverse, ranging from applications to support cybersecurity monitoring, background investigative services, COVID-19 vaccination status reporting, and internal recruiting initiatives. He welcomes any challenges that come his way with open arms and a fondness usually reserved only for immediate family members. Nima studied engineering and economics in undergrad at James Madison University, and then went on to get a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech. He also has a stubborn, yet affectionate dog named Kabob and enjoys rock climbing, guitar, hiking, reading, and chess.
Nima’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is the other people he has the privilege of working with. Being able to work with smart, hardworking, and dependable people every day makes challenges much simpler and outcomes much more rewarding.

Tara’s consulting experience spans 16 years and multiple industries. She has led global projects, managed teams and organizations, and is passionate about business and technology’s intersection as a force for social impact. At srcLogic, Tara supports all teams to ensure client and internal projects are professionally managed and successful. Tara has a Master’s of Business Administration in Economics and Social Innovation from New York University Stern School of Business, a bachelor’s degree in Management from James Madison University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP(R)), Professional Scrum Master, and a Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA). She’s also a mom to two wonderful children and a cute dog named Twizzler.
Tara’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is its emphasis on talent, which has produced a culture of high performance and teamwork that makes it easy to accomplish company goals. It’s also a really fun and social place to work, and she’s looking forward to spending time with her srcLogic colleagues in the office again in 2021, where they can better appreciate her hilarious jokes.

After running statistical models for the Census Bureau and working at a private data analytics/marketing firm, Drew decided to take on a new challenge and joined srcLogic at the beginning of 2018. He has had the pleasure to lead development efforts on projects with the DOD, work with commercial clients, and collaborate on several internal development efforts. Drew has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from University of Maryland, College Park, and a minor in Business Analytics from the Robert H Smith School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickup basketball, hiking, reading, and smoking meats.
Drew’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is the people that he gets to work with on a daily basis. The diversity of everyone’s backgrounds leads to new and fresh ideas on how to tackle any problem, and the drive of the collective makes any hurdle seem minuscule.

Emily is a Pega Certified Senior System Architect, and currently a project lead for srcLogic.
Emily, who joined srcLogic in 2017, was among the company’s first twenty employees. She enjoys tackling both technical and consulting challenges and took on a leadership role early in her career. Emily has played a role in establishing new projects as well as transitioning to lead existing projects across the federal government. When leading a team, Emily balances overseeing the implementation of challenging technical requirements with her role in mentoring newer employees and allowing them to grow as developers and consultants. It is important to her that everyone on her team feels like they are constantly learning new things and taking on new responsibilities. Emily has a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from The Johns Hopkins University. To further advance her technical skills, she is currently completing a master’s degree in Computer Science, also at The Johns Hopkins University.
Emily’s favorite aspects of working at srcLogic are the company culture and her coworkers. The small company atmosphere gives everyone a voice and there are always opportunities to get involved in just about everything. Her coworkers make srcLogic a fun and challenging place to work. Outside of work, Emily enjoys travel, hiking, running, and playing tennis.

Amanda has been with srcLogic since January 2017 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. She has worked with clients across the federal government within the Department of Justice and the Department of Defense. Amanda has an interest in both implementing Pega solutions for our clients as well as integrating with custom front end frameworks. While constantly continuing her Pega education, Amanda also completed her master's degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University in May 2020. In her free time, she enjoys continually exploring her home of Washington DC, playing beach volleyball, and spending time with her nephews.
Amanda's favorite part of working at srcLogic is feeling constantly challenged technically. Each client comes with a new opportunity to learn new technology. Amanda loves the passion her coworkers have for continuous learning.

Erin joined srcLogic in July 2017 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. Since then, she has worked on multiple projects with federal clients and gained experience in providing user support, leading a development team, and teaching new developers. She is also involved in coordinating the recruiting initiative at srcLogic and helped organize and conduct the company’s first external Pega training class. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, skiing, and binge-watching classic sitcoms.
Erin’s favorite part of working at srcLogic is the amazing people she gets to collaborate with and learn from every day. It was one of the main factors that drove her to srcLogic initially and she feels so fortunate to be able to work with such fun, hard-working, and smart individuals.

Musstafa joined srcLogic in the summer of 2018. He has worked on some of srcLogic’ s largest projects including work with the Marine Corps (USMCS) as well as the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). In his most recent project, with the DCSA, Musstafa has taken on senior roles to help the DCSA release its new National background Investigation Services (NBIS). Musstafa has been an integral part of some NBIS’s core features which include adjudication, case, and subject management. Musstafa has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, soccer, and spending time with friends.

Musstafa also enjoys working at srcLogic because of its culture of continuous improvement that helps everyone become better at problem solving, designing, and requirements gathering.

Matt began his career at srcLogic in 2017 after graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. He spent his first two years with the team developing the mobile application used by the U.S. Census Bureau for the 2020 Decennial Census Survey. Today he works as the team lead for the Program Management application that the Air Force Research Lab is using to transform the way they collect and manage data for large-scale research programs. Matt likes to spend his free time working towards a Master of Science in Computer Science at Johns Hopkins University, traveling to national parks around the country, and training for his first ultramarathon.
Matt joined srcLogic because of the unique opportunity to make an impact on a growing company. In addition to the ample opportunities for professional growth, Matt’s favorite aspect of working at srcLogic is the ability to frequently travel with his project team and the abundant expertise and guidance offered to him by other leaders within the company.

Guerry has over two decades of experience of BPM based solutions development and delivery, always with the goals of aligning people, process and the latest technology to produce balanced output. His background includes full-stack development and database specialist technologies, including Java, RDMS, and EDMS.

Joe began his career at srcLogic in 2018 after graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the Robert H. Smith School of Business. Joe has been instrumental in modernization efforts across the federal government, bringing half-century old technology into the digital age. In addition to leading teams within srcLogic Joe is working towards a Master's in Computer Science from Georgia Tech. In his free time Joe likes to go hiking and eat great food.
Joe enjoys working for srcLogic because of the inordinate amount of intelligence and care the company’s employees display daily. Joe is constantly learning new things from his peers and mentors that allow him to provide meaningful changes in the work that he does.

Alex is the Director of Technical Consulting at srcLogic. His responsibilities include developing processes that support rapid growth of the company and its employees, providing strategy and direction for both short and long-term technical services, and ensuring successful project delivery for srcLogic clients and teams. Alex specializes in program architecture and delivery. He's won multiple awards for his work combining custom solutions with Pega's Digital Experience API, including Best in Show at Pega's global community hackathon event in 2021. Prior to joining srcLogic in 2013, Alex spent the first 7 years of his career implementing custom solutions for customers across the Federal Government, Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. Alex holds a Master's degree in computer science from Johns Hopkins University.

Nick joined srcLogic in July 2018 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and a minor in Financial Economics from Johns Hopkins University. He began his career at srcLogic on a user experience and design team learning how to incorporate Pega application development and service design techniques to deliver an terrific product. Since then, he has been leading a development team on srcLogic’s United States Marine Corps engagement, modernizing their financial management processes and analysis. He is also involved with coordinating the recruiting initiative at srcLogic and developed a companywide Pega design system. In his free time, Nick enjoys golfing, hiking, and trying the endless restaurants throughout Washington DC.

Maggie Sauber has been part of the srcLogic team for 3 years. Maggie’s first project at srcLogic was working on an application for the United States Marine Corps. After a yearlong hiatus to work on the Wakefern project, she is back on USMC, this time as the team’s development co-lead. Maggie is also a recruiting coordinator and loves the process of finding the right fit for the future of srcLogic.
Outside of work, Maggie enjoys going to Nationals games and attending concerts. Maggie graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2018 with a BS in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science.

In her free time, Allyson enjoys running, biking, trying out new recipes, and exploring the DC area.

Jen’s first project at srcLogic was working on an application for the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), and she later joined the development team at the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR). She has returned to AFRL and is now leading a team developing a new application. In her free time, Jen enjoys biking, watching movies, and hanging out with friends.

Prior to founding srcLogic, Harry spent over 25 years growing software and services organizations supporting large enterprises in government, finance, healthcare and energy industry sectors. Jason Noker is a technology evangelist and co-founder and Principal of srcLogic. After 13 years in the BPM software industry as a Consultant, Sales Engineer, Account Executive, and Vice President of Sales, Jason set out to disrupt the market with a unique, transformative approach to solution delivery. Over the past 4 years Jason’s focus has been managing srcLogic’s strategic growth and ensuring that each and every customer engagement successfully deploys to production. Jason graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management & Technology. Jason is passionate about sports and in his spare time can be found coaching his son at McLean Little League in Northern Virginia.
